what’s that new tab on my nav bar?

You may now see a new TAB on your Field Service Management navigation bar, named WON. We are launching an exciting new enhancement to Field Service Management called “GetCru” and this new TAB is the first step of adding the ability for you to use GetCru (It’s great and it’s a free enhancement).

You don’t need to do anything. This TAB simply paves the way for new features and functionality that will be available to all Field Service Management customers on or before October 31st. It’s an optional feature, but your going to love it because it’s a great way to connect with your customers and market and grow your business. Via an app that you provide to your customers, you will be able to:

• Send and receive work requests
• Send pictures
• Send service location
• Time and date stamp all messages
• Easily convert messages into work orders within Field Service Management
• Add/remove techs and internal employees from customer communications
• Easily see communications when using the Field Service Manager mobile app
